Shirley Elizabeth Humphrey

Shirley Elizabeth Humphrey, born July 4, 1933, in Denver Colorado passed away December 29, 2019 in Folsom, California.
Shirley was married to James (Jim) Humphrey* for 63 years until widowed two years ago. Shirley is dearly remembered by her loving family including children Mike, Leanne, and Chris, grandchildren Justine, Brandon, Anthony, Pearl, Keene, Keith, and great-grandchildren Devon, Emilee, Kingston, Princeton, Kiana, Kielee, Kolette, Wyatt and Riley.
Shirley was an avid golfer and bridge player. She took on endurance horse riding and completed the acclaimed Tevis Cup "100 miles in one day" race with 5 completions between 1979 and 1985.
A memorial service for both Shirley and Jim was held on January 31, 2020 at 11am at Green Valley Mortuary Reception Center, 610 Coloma Street, Folsom, CA
* Jim passed away in November of 2017, aged 83. Jim served on the WSTF Board of Governors for many years and took on the duties of ride director.
